My visit to McSweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a pleasure, especially since I came on a day where there were discounts on what I had serviced. I also came to get my UConnect looked at which now connects to my music but doesn’t work when Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Wazes is needed. Will probably bring back on my next oil change.

Let me start off by saying, McSweeny will always be my go to car dealership in the future. Dr. Gray as he is known, was absolutely a pleasure ro work with. My credit isn't the best and he and the McSweeney family still were able ro put me in an amazing vehicle. He listened to my needs and even wants (which weren't extreme) and made it happen. Mr. Porter wouldn’t finish my paperwork. He kept pressuring me to get an extended warranty after I repeatedly told him that I didn’t want to purchase one. He kept me in his office and wouldn’t finish until I had been there so long that I finally agreed. I was tired & exhausted, & it was an extremely unpleasant experience.
