I bought my Jeep from this dealership a few weeks ago. The salesman Jackson took care of me. Then carried it in for service and the service department was fast and friendly.
Worst service department ever. My Jeep was in your lot for nearly a year with five tows from my house. The first two times it was leaking trans fluid. Probably didn’t have the correct seal. Third time it was sealed but the fluid was low. I put a quart in myself. I was told by the service manager that he didn’t believe that. Not sure why after all the fails from day one. Highly recommend the Dodge dealership in Pell City Alabama. They are extremely helpful and understanding of all situations. But shout out to Jacob Houser and Kevin Woody for making everything possible. Ten out of Ten would use them again.
Unfortunately the dealership was unable to determine the cause of my (once replaced) transmission still shaking the car with the transmission light going off. My car was squeaking when I turned it on. We also discussed the oil being changed and the car vacuumed/detailed during the month they had the vehicle. Neither was completed.
I always bring my jeep here to have the oil changed or any work at all cause their the only ones I trust to do it right!!

I feel like the manager( not the salesman) took advantage of me not having my husband with me to ask questions. Charges were applied that were not explained to me. I didn’t not get the amount I thought I was getting for my trade in. I’m dissatisfied and will not recommend to anyone else.
