I had an oil change with Tire rotation, recall part installed, and the Auto Butler service performed. Tommy and Jamie kept me informed of the progress and the service was completed ahead of the estimated time. Everyone is very polite and professional. The donuts and snacks are especially nice. Hello, my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica is still not fixed. I brought my vehicle in on May 2nd, 2026, to get the transmission looked at. I ended up paying over $1,500 for brakes and a battery. My brakes weren't even bad at the time, but I was told it will be squeaking soon so I went on with getting it fixed. It took a while to get repaired because I was told my axle got bent, so you guys had to order a new part, which cost me an extra $12. Bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee from dealership that only had 12 miles on it then engine light came on that same day and it felt like it was going to fall apart. I'm stuck with it now and I regret giving them business. The car kicks, and doesn't seem to drive well at all. They say said it was spark plugs that came loose but something still doesn't feel right Kevin the was very nice and wanted to help. He seems to be a good guy. Stephen the salesman seemed to be inexperienced.

I’ve took my car to service 3 times since I’ve had the car which it hasn’t been a month yet. Each time I’ve took it to see what’s wrong with it they haven’t fixed it. I was lied to and told the was nothing wrong with the car. I went to get a second opinion about what was going on with the car and was told there was indeed something wrong with the front end of my car. Service was very bad!
Everything went smoothly and as expected with the service and repairs needed for the Jeep.
